Graffiti criticizing Party Congress surfaces in Hyesan

Graffiti has been painted and shown in the North Korean city of Hyesan, Rangygang province criticizing the upcoming 7th Party congress. Officials arrived at schools and factories in Hyesan to demand people submit handwriting samples to prove they had partook in creating graffiti. The State Security Department has called this minor act of free speech "espionage," and due to the degree of concern shown by SSD officials, there is speculation that the graffiti was "out of the ordinary".
